Do I need a gym membership?
No! After your intro session, you will be sent a link to our RipGen Training App. Your coach will design and upload your workout plan with video instructions on proper form and technique to be done in the comfort of your own home. (If you choose the in-person training package, you'll need a basic gym membership to access the facility with your trainer.)
Can I be a member of another gym?
Yes! Many of our clients enjoy going to the gym, taking group exercise classes, and/or participating in specialty exercises such as CrossFit, yoga, pilates, boot camps, etc. Your trainer will design a program that integrates what you already love doing to maximize your efforts.
What kind of a diet will I be on?
It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle. Cliche? Yes. But it doesn't make it any less true. Your plan is dependent on your goals, history, experience, likes, and dislikes. Our coaches will work with you to determine the best system for your needs.
Will I have to track my food?
Maybe. After working with thousands of clients over the past two decades, we discovered we're all motivated differently. Some of our clients love tracking to know exactly where they're at all times. Others find it stressful and prefer other methods to achieve success.
I have a special diet (plant-based, gluten-free, clean, etc), will it still work for me?
Absolutely! RipGen does not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all mentality. We look forward to working with you in your current journey to fit the missing pieces to maximize your efforts.
Do I have to sign a long-term commitment?
Nope. Although we plan in 16-week phases, you're never locked into a package. Our commitment is to help you identify your destination, develop a roadmap to get there, and walk/run as fast as you like for as long as you want.
Am I locked into a package?
Never. We understand that life can get crazy and your needs may change throughout the year. Constant communication with your coach will ensure your current package fits your needs.
Am I too old/out of shape/hopeless to see results?
You're never too old, "out of shape", or hopeless to get started. In fact, we know you'll be stronger, leaner, more confident, healthier, and feel so much better. (You may even surprise yourself and a few other people along the way!)
